Cecelia Hall (MUS ’06)

“Voi Che Sapete”

“Quand Je Danse Avec Lui (When I Dance with Him)”

Mezzo-soprano Cecelia Hall (MUS ’06) enjoys variety in her repertoire. In the first clip above, she sings a well-known favorite, Cherubino’s aria “Voi Che Sapete” from Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro),” with the Civic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sir Andrew Davis. Then, she switches gears to a song written for the first French sound movie “Chiqué” (1930), “Quand je danse avec lui (When I Dance with Him),” with piano accompaniment by Craig Terry.
